Placing an order is simple! Browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping details and choose the Cash on Delivery payment option.
Currently, we accept **Cash on Delivery (COD)** for all orders across the country. We are working on integrating digital payment gateways for your convenience in the near future.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary by location. Inside Kathmandu Valley, it typically takes 1-2 business days. For locations outside the valley, it may take 3-5 business days depending on the courier service.
At the moment, we only ship within Nepal. We do not offer international shipping yet.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day easy return policy for products that are defective or not as described. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at durdristidigital@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for the return. Once approved and the item is received, we will process your refund.
